My Process

Starts with a research to give me a diverse understanding of the users.

Then i gather my notes and define a clear problem statement.

Next, i brainstorm with my team to generate and narrow down ideas.

Then, i start creating detailed personas to guide design decisions and design wireframes for the app’s layout.

Next, I build a clickable prototype for user interaction schedule user testing sessions to gather feedback.

And finally, I schedule user testing sessions to gather feedback, that i use to refine and iterate on the design to improve the user experience.
